To John & the rest of the HONC team,
I just wanted to say thank you very much for all your efforts - I had a great day out last Sunday. Being fairly local and having cycled for 20yrs, it is actually the first time I have done your event, though I will definitely be back next year.
It was the first organised event I have done in a very long time, but I thought you created a good atmosphere with the riders which I enjoyed. And of course, fantastic views on a great route (I did the 50 and was very grateful to follow your sticks over Cleeve when I was tired!), well marshalled etc.

WOW! What an event!
I think this was my 7th HONC and will without doubt stick in my mind longer than any other.
A truly epic day out in every sense of the word. This years 100km course was awesome, a real challenge with far more off-road content than previous years – great stuff.
I did last years in 6:30 and this one took me 9 hours! I'm sure the Cotswolds mud has glue in it. Can't wait until next year. Many thanks for a (as always) great event with superb marshalling and brilliant atmosphere.

First time i'd entered, and completed, the HONC, just 50km this time.
Thoroughly enjoyed and it was a credit to all involved in the organisation.
